CurrentOffice Coordinator and Reception Duties: Coordinate office activities, greet visitors warmly, ensure they are comfortable, and maintain a tidy reception area.Program Compliance and Policy Expertise: Serve as a subject-matter expert in compliance and policy at all levels.Customer Documentation Review: Review customer documentation for program entry, including enrollment packages, support services, and training applications from Career Advisors. Provide timely updates, corrections, reviews, and documentation.
