Current- Managing the relationship with the client throughout the project duration and acting as the main point of contact between client and vendor organisation
- Responsible for demand creation, sales and commercial support to the customers from Sao Paulo country side, Minas Gerais state, Brasilia and Northeast region on the definition of hardware solutions and also ensuring.
- Acting as the escalation point when issues arise with vendor's resources / services and managing any dispute or conflict;
