I was in charge of supervising the high quality implementation, aligning the delivery with the requirements and respecting the time and cost constraints.• Executive relationship: I developed a close relation with the customers sponsors, aligning strategies and expectation in various sized engagements, to deliver the best solution to the requirements presented, this allowed an increment of invoicing between 1% to 3% for the area.• Problem solving: I negotiated with customer actions that allowed to remove project blockers, as investments and scope change management, communication or people management, those were presented at sponsors board, achieving mutually beneficial solutions.
