About Fernanda Moraes

In 2001, working as an intern in DELPHI programming, I had the opportunity for professional development, but the programming activity was still not what completed me....In 2004 I started my career in Telecommunications, working in customer service. At that time I discovered my personal motivation, the relationship with customers, making their lives better through the use of technology.To this day, what makes me happiest is seeing my customers satisfied with the services provided. 🤜🤛The journey 🚀 continued and I migrated to IT, acting as a CMDB Manager. I achieved over 98% efficiency in CMDB audits for months in a row. Although I managed to return to IT as I always wanted, I still missed the human relationship with customers.In 2011 I was invited to return to Telecommunications, this time to manage a contract signed in a bidding process with Petrobras. I accepted the challenge in managing the CCTV Maintenance contract. In this opportunity I was able to manage people, have relationships with customers in addition to playing the role of owner of the contract.In 2013 I returned to IT to coordinate infrastructure projects until 2015, I coordinated the implementation of several tools, such as SAP, QLIK, MES and infrastructure solutions WAAS, STORAGE, HPSIM among others. I had previously been invited to join the Service Delivery Manager team, but in 2015 I accepted the invitation where I could work in account management: always aligned with the specific needs of the customers' business, engaging the teams in favor of the customer, promoting communication, identifying needs and improvements in processes and services, developing strategies for financial return and growth, focusing on improvements in user experience.In 2021 with the transformation of the sector and the emergence of the Customer Success concept I can really say that I am exactly where I always wanted to be, the customer culture at the center and customer-oriented actions is what I always wanted.The journey doesn't stop here.... 🚀☁️
