Technical Support Analyst
CurrentPerform module and equipment replacement and rearrangement as per demand and prior planning; Replace supply items and perform maintenance on various equipment (such as personal computers, laser printers, etc.); Conduct minor repairs on service components provided to users (equipment, systems, technical/documentation, etc.); Install and configure software on user personal computers; Develop scripts and packages or install software; Generate and apply computer images; Activate, test, and deactivate network points and IT equipment in general; Clarify customer doubts regarding configuration, installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment and components; Execute network cabling services such as "twisted pair 10/100 mbps" adhering to the adopted connectorization standard; Execute backup execution and restoration, and routine periodic procedures; Prepare configuration and operation instructions for equipment and software; Make contact with users to obtain additional details about requests not provided during the initial contact in an attempt to solve the problem; Provide guidance and tips on using functionalities and features available in basic software, applications, information systems, and equipment in general; Install and configure printers using the TCP/IP protocol;
