• Analyzing and assessing the allocation of the chips between manufacturing sites and customers.• Analyzing and identifying risk and opportunity for invoicing and inventory levels.• Consult and audit the forecast with Account Managers and Customer Service, to keep it accurate and realistic in order to reduce short term over estimation.• Keep a tracking on the current productions, upsides and downside orders in order to adjust the forecast tools and assure materials and capacity availability.• Be in contact with technical consultant; product managers and sourcing teams to be updated on the chips migration and end of life to assure their availability or depletion.• Presenting all possible scenarios to Business Unit Sales Vice-President, explaining precisely the differences versus previous forecast and judging the numbers providing your best estimation and recommendation.• Attending monthly meetings with Executive Vice-president and management to help presenting the regional numbers acting as SVP support.• Manage chips allocation along with Customer Service, Sales, SVP and manufacturing sites in case of chip shortage.• Collaborate in the improvement & development S&OP process and tools.

• Manage and execute customer manufacturing orders. • Accomplish customer requests, preferably exceeding customer satisfaction. • Serve as bridge between customer demands and factory requirements. • Act as an advisor for design, colors, effects and everything related to artworks and card production. • Being able to prioritize and push willingly orders to production sites. • Able to work with multiple teams in different countries: Studio, Planning, NPI, TC, Sales and most if not all teams in manuf site.Key Projects and success. • CREDOMATIC – First account taken with basic CS training, I took 4 regions out of 7 and achieved stability in less than 6 mths. • NEWCOMERS & INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT – After just one year I was assigned to help and instruct new CS and support international CS teams when needed (Philippines in 2018 and Mellon Group in Europe 2019). • GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS PROJECTS – Managed to execute under a month two very aggressive projects BIENESTAR SOCIAL and SEMOVI both for government products and with multiple iterations; 1Mu and 2Mu respectively.
