I am driven to find solutions to problems utilizing all the tools technology has supplied at my disposal. I build and maintain computers as a hobby. My 15 years of sales experience helps integrate technology to increase sales. I increased my sales by 48% with Velocity by using all the tools given to learn about the products we sell. My hobby of building and maintaining computers has built my technical knowledge. Often comparing parts to find the best balance of performance to budget. I have assembled computer hardware including, CPUs, GPUs, RAM sticks, and fans to motherboards to complete a running system. I have configured bios programs for maximum performance of parts used including, setting RAM profiles to take advantage of faster clock speed, and setting up CPU voltages and clock speeds to create a stable system using higher clock speeds to boost CPU performance. My background in computer programming has aided me in diagnosing hardware and software problems such as incompatible outdated driver issues, components not properly seated in sockets, new hardware arriving dead on arrival, and windows updates needed to run different programs. I have experience using diagnostic software such as MemTest 86, CPU-Z, GPU-Z, and other Windows troubleshooting programs.My time at Velocity Truck Center has built my experience with providing customer service to fix a problem. When a customer requests a part for their vehicle, I also recommend any other parts to support the completion of the job. Customers will often request me for assistance in diagnosing an issue. I used the question and problem diagnosis method by asking questions till I could completely understand what may be causing the breakdown. I apply my experience, and knowledge using troubleshooting charts to recommend parts needed by the customer needed to solve the problem. This method has gained satisfied repeat customers and generated new customers through recommendations.
