I have been coaching, designing and consulting for over 30 years, providing organisational development and change, using team and individual coaching as an approach to finding and focusing on the work that needs to be done. I also focus on areas like Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership Super-Vision and supporting culture shift to engage people and support them in their own development and wellbeing. I also work with neurodiverse individuals, including autististic, ADHD, Asperger's and dyslexia.I make sure that my work offers the simplest possible interventions to make the most difference, focusing on conversation and narrative not presentation. I co-create with you what is most needed and will push the edges enough without leaving people lost or uncommitted. I help your teams and leaders to see and create sustainable shifts for the whole connected system, exploring the links, patterns and positions at play, not homing in on the same issues and seeking killer solutions. I work with you all, with warmth and humour, to create more of the deep levels of trust and awareness that are the foundations for higher level learning and great leadership.My approach is relational, helping individuals and teams to connect more deeply, balanced with a strong focus on key business drivers and issues; orchestrating organisational change, markets and commercial drivers, talent development strategies, leadership challenges, processes and structures that support delivery, financial imperatives, operational factors and governance. A good understanding and experience of these principles in action in organisations is as important as the psychology of how and why people do what they do.
