I am responsible for curriculum development and creation of fususACADEMY. fususACADEMY is a program to help clients develop their own internal training while keeping alignment with Fusus training standards. I am also responsible for management, coaching, and mentoring of Fusus instructors. I am responsible for monitoring and providing guidance to Field Engineers installing Fusus equipment.

I am responsible for curriculum development and instruction on the Fusus platform. I train law enforcement end-users on usage and administration of the Fusus ecosystem. I assist law enforcement agencies in designing their Real Time Crime Centers and policy development. I help agencies integrate Fusus into their workflows to simplify their processes and maximize their time. I travel to client/private donor sites to install Fusus Core equipment and provide training on its use and installation.

I supervised the Criminal Intelligence Unit and Real Time Crime Center of the NNPD. I led a small team in intelligence gathering tactics, primarily through the use of covert/overt electronic surveillance techniques, confidential sources, and intelligence databases. My team designed and built the NNPD RTCC, from physical infrastructure to software suites. My team completed the RTCC project with on time with zero cost overruns. During my tenure I also served as the Deputy Commander of the Crisis Negotiations contingent of our Tactical Operations Unit (SWAT team).
