I am using my classroom as a laboratory to test the impact of culturally relevant instruction on the learning outcomes of high school students. The experience in the classroom as a researcher will add to the research that includes more theoretical experiences, lacking practical experience, utilizing learning communities. These experience will add future leadership positions.
