I am responsible for gathering and analyzing data and information requirements throughout the enterprise, as well as making recommendations to IT Management based on the analysis performed as it relates to reducing or eliminating redundancies, determining data flows, importance levels, technologies, improvements, methodologies, and providing ways to streamline the data collection and output processes. My primary duties include:• Gathering and assessing data and information requirements throughout the enterprise, in order to provide recommendations for the best possible methodology to reduce and eliminate redundancies, improve data flow throughout the Enterprise, and streamline the data collection and output processes• Recommending and implementing approved guidelines for software, database, and report development standards and technologies• Scoping, designing, developing, and managing content rich, information driven web and client/server applications, as well as database and reports, in order to meet the Enterprise goals and demands• Working with development team in order to meet the Enterprise information requirements. After the successful acquisition of Tech1440, LLC by Gray Connective, I continued spearheading many of the same consulting and business strategies from Tech1440, while expanding research and development and technology solutions offered by Gray Connective. My primary objectives were to develop a company that provided a unique set of combined technology skills, and brought enterprise-class consulting and solutions to the SMB market.
