I have over twenty years of experience in organizational leadership, management, and development from the determination of requirements to the planning, programming, and execution of organizational change. I analyze problems, design, and implement enduring solutions based on established procedure or improvisation. I am able to develop a strategic vision and translate it into reality. My capacity to develop and assess work processes has been demonstrated in multiple work environments. I am articulate in written and verbal communications and I am skilled at designing, developing, and managing teams that deliver solutions. I have learned to function in high-stress environments but more importantly how to lead organizations out of high-stress environments towards a sustainable high level of performance. I have mentored senior level military officers to better prepare them for complex negotiation.I am skilled at working in multi-cultural as well as multi-national environments. I have lived abroad thirteen of my twenty five years in the military and graduated from three foreign schools. I am a fluent Italian speaker and possess strong communication skills.
