1) Supervise and review the monthly and yearly results and balance general ledger accounts by verifying and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.2) Finance & cash flow reporting and analysis.3) Work closely with KRA tax consultant to make sure taxation comply with Kenya statutory regulations.4) Work with cross-functional teams to set targets, conduct analyses, measure solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.5) Support and coordinate all external audit process from accounting perspective.6) Lead the finance team to achieve accounting reporting’s accuracy and the delivery of high quality financial analysis to management periodically.7) Improve the internal control policies in line with the best practices.

1) Leading the team to precisely maintain financial data in company’s system, oversees the reasonableness and accuracy of trial balance，also provide the team with appropriate method for accounting treatments in relation to some special projects.2) Gathering and analyzing financial data of overseas subsidiaries, evaluate current business performance in terms of its financial ratios and indications.3) Prepare and consolidate the financial statements for the group quarterly, semi-annual and yearly based on HKFRS.4) Analyzing and interpreting key performance metrics and financial results compared with budget. Business control through verification of Sales, OPEX & CAPEX against budget.5) Liaison with external auditor for the audit report of both individual and consolidated financial statements, communication of the audit results, making necessary revisions in a timely manner.6) Financial modeling for new business project.7) Involved in company strategic planning, annual budgeting & forecasting.8) Educating non-financial divisions on financial matters and how to interpret and impact financial results.
