Frank started his career in the real estate and new homes industries in 1969 and brings all that experience to CareFree Realty. He holds multiple Florida Real Estate Broker Licenses.He has developed 250,000+ acres, accounted for 25,000+ homes sold and/or built under his direction, several million square feet of commercial properties planned, developed, built, sold or leased under his supervision. He arranged the financing for the foregoing, and end user financing. Frank managed staffs of 350+ people with a ripple effect to 35,000+ generating 3600+ new homes per year. He established and managed several Master, Homeowner’s and Condominium Associations and Resale, Rental, and Property Management programs for communities he developed.He has been responsible for sales, marketing, construction, design, land acquisition & development for Builder/Developers, managed “start-up” and “turn-around” operations, covered ranges from “starter” homes to multi-million dollar estates, waterfront properties, condos, maintenance free homes in small subdivisions to 20,000+ acre communities. Starting his career in 1969 (at the age of 4 - haha) in his hometown of Syracuse, NY, Frank has been involved with builder/developers in Ohio, Texas, and since 1986 in Florida. He personally closed in excess of $43 million in sales in 2001, while simultaneously managing a New Homes Division for a Broker handling 6 different communities and 14 salespeople who produced another $59 million in sales that same year, and he acted as General Manager for a local builder to work them out of a serious financial situation. In 2002, Frank was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphoma, since 2004 his doctors consider him cured (cancer free). He was unable to work for two years, but is back full blast now and enjoying every minute of it now specializing in commercial properties and business opportunities.Frank is well known in the business community.
