Worked as an Application Specialist for an adverting system AdBase. My assignment was as a product expert, work involved interaction with internal and external customers to support, build, educated and provide processes for using Atex systems. I worked within a team environment for each project and made technical and business decisions. I also assisted in system creation, conducted training sessions and collected requirements from customers, support teams and system owners. Feedback received from customers and support team was transformed into requirements in order to improve the products. The work also involved estimating and prioritizing requirements for future development of the system. Scrum was used during development where I had the role as product owner.

Worked as a Business Support Consultant with main responsibility to support the Swedish customers but also other international customers. I helped customers resolve and coordinate business-critical issues regarding their daily use of Maconomy as their ERP system. Knowledge and understanding of business value and ERP and particular finance was required. Communication skills were also required since the team was setup with many different nationalities, all responsible for their native country. Analyzing and suggestions for changes to work procedures were also a continuous task.

- Tested operator specific settings/files in the software of mobile phones in an outsourced test project for Sony Ericsson. The test involved testing settings like GSM/GPRS, WCDMA settings to applications. Assignments was creating test cases, reporting issues that were found during the testing and handling the reported issues. The issue statistics was a major foundation for test reports and test results that were sent back to the customer, so the role required close contact with the stakeholders.For the last period of the assignment I took part in transferring knowledge and competence regarding the project to China. The work involved training and helping them understand the difficulties and challenges that the project consisted of. - Worked with the setup of a new project for a medical company. BaseCamq was used to define the workflow of requirements. I created documents and the process for the different stages depending statuses a requirement had during the development process.

Worked with five big telecom operators to create operator specific settings/files from their requirements. Focus was on collecting requirements from the operators, innovate solutions and implementing these solutions. Since the work was for five big operators, team work and communication skills was important, as many of the customers and team members involved in the decision-making was from all over the world. The main assignments were to collect requirements, create operator specific settings/files from acquired requirement, test and verify the issues reported from the customer and plan the release of packets for test.
