Additionally, I engaged with our Customer Support team to provide advanced technical support, review and rapid resolution of customer-reported defects, and proactively creating knowledge base articles to aid users.I served as the driving force behind the conceptualization and development of an innovative embedded developer UI framework. This framework was purpose-built to expedite the construction and implementation of user interfaces, resulting in a remarkable 40% reduction in development time for new UI creation, thus contributing to increased efficiency and productivity in our development processes.

My role encompassed the design, development, and testing of embedded software in vxworks and linux environments built for residential DSL modems within the DirecTV Broadband (formerly Telocity) as an Internet Service Provider (ISP). In this capacity, I was a key contributor to the strategic transition, from the WindRiver (VxWorks) platform to Linux. This transformation yielded a host of benefits, optimizing the performance of our modems and expanding their functional and security capabilities to better serve our customers.I crafted one of the industry's pioneering embedded web servers designed for small memory footprint environments, to provide a simple and highly intuitive user interface to administrator and configure the modem. This enhanced the overall user experience and drove down the number of customer support calls related to configuration and setup.
