In this capacity, I was a key contributor to the strategic transition, from the WindRiver (VxWorks) platform to Linux. This transformation yielded a host of benefits, optimizing the performance of our modems and expanding their functional and security capabilities to better serve our customers.I crafted one of the industry's pioneering embedded web servers designed for small memory footprint environments, to provide a simple and highly intuitive user interface to administrator and configure the modem. This enhanced the overall user experience and drove down the number of customer support calls related to configuration and setup.
