In my current role as Sr. Specialist, Field Sales Operations, I support all Xfinity Communities and Field Sales initiatives across the Midwest footprint, covering Minnesota, Wisconsin, Kansas, and Missouri. I collaborate closely with Community Account Representatives (CAR) and Field Sales teams to ensure operational excellence and drive business growth. Partnering with cross-functional groups, I focus on creating effective collateral, organizing drive-to-retail events, facilitating trainings, launching new products and pricing strategies, and executing events in the Greater Kansas City market.
