I have been working on a project involving combined services for building support, specifically focusing on Office and Flexible Workspace Services. My role involves utilizing various Dynamics modules, including Sales, Field Sales, and Customer Service. Time management is handled using Jira. My primary responsibilities include:• Investigating and troubleshooting issues• Developing plugins and flows• Adjusting and configuring the CRM system• Performing data fixes.

API Manager at Arco EducaçãoAs an API Manager at Arco Educação, I used Sensedia as middleware to enable integration across multiple business units. My role encompassed not only routine maintenance but also troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, development, and support for project design. I played a crucial role in ensuring seamless connectivity between various systems and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

I worked on the support team, handling incidents for several customers. My responsibilities included:• Analyzing and developing solutions using low-code features, C#(plugin), and JavaScript within CRM Dynamics.• Developing dashboards in Power BI to provide data visualization and generate insights for client teams.• Troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements in SharePoint.In addition, I worked on the Sensedia API Manager, where I:• Analyzed logs and solved problems.• Created new APIs.• Produced API documentation.• Developed JavaScript code.Lastly, I maintained the legacy code for the Terms of Use system.Clients: Arco Educação, Cloud Target, Novo Nordisk, FIRJAN, CNI e Simpress.

I have joined Deloitte's New Talents Program and contributed to a large digital transformation project in the Human Capital division. We were implementing HR solutions for a major oil company, Petrobras. Specifically, I worked mostly with the Employee Central module of SuccessFactors. My activities included:• Extracting, transforming and loading data (ETL)• Running and testing various scenarios to put the processes into practice• Configuring systems and creating/adjusting functions, permission groups, and business rules• Developing training materials to teach users about the software's procedures and routines• Running scenarios and recording them using the SAP tool, Enable Now.

I collaborated with two remote programmers to develop a console application written in .NET. We utilized Entity Framework, Microsoft SQL Server, and GIT version control. This application collects information from a database and exports it to a JSON file. The project was developed for an insurance company.

Maintained and improvement of the company's own ERP, focusing on the housing management module. Initially, I rebuilt the module's features from Delphi to .NET, where I gained practical experience in DDD architecture, code analysis, Tortoise version control, PLSQL queries, and the .NET framework. I also collaborated with the team to solve bugs in the ERP's features.As I gained more experience, I began to learn about the finance module, where I focused on understanding the business rules applied to the module's features and problem-solving. Eventually, I was able to contribute to the special projects team, which was responsible for improving the ERP and developing new features. I delivered improvements such as validations and new fields and fieldsets.Throughout this process, I frequently compiled web services to better understand how they work, corrected database procedures, and worked with code written in both .NET and Delphi.
