I am a goal-oriented Project Manager with a solid technical background, and strong analytical and communication skills. My life is guided by principles of integrity, honesty, growth and service. I am an intuitive problem solver, a cooperative team player, a single-minded, resilient and adaptive worker, a good listener and a person able to build trustworthy and robust relationships. Over the past four years, I've passionately worked in a multiplicity of professional roles, for both start-ups and structured large companies. My career started in a small company as an energy consultant and analyst mainly for chemicals and metallurgical industries, a one-year experience that helped me to develop a client friendly approach and potentiate my self-motivation. Then, pushed by the will of continuous growth and self-enrichment, I challenged myself accepting a role as project manager for tender and M&A operations for the biggest Italian gas distribution company. This professional experience has been teaching me how to coordinate and motivate the team members, to organize and hold kick-off and periodic meetings, to manage urgencies and conflicts, to build a winning tender offer and detect the most effective strategy. By working side by side with the top management and periodically reporting to them, I've been forced to develop a proper approach and to learn how to build a quick and effective presentation. New skills acquired include: Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) for complex projects; identification of the investments that guarantee a target IRR; analysis of discounted cash flows and of the economic, financial and amortization plan; Due Diligence analysis; building KPIs for a clear description of the process performances and criticalities.My English is fluent thanks to a one-year experience as a student researcher at the University of California and to several travels abroad.
