Worked with both product and services team to solve the most complex challenges across our client base while developing and promoting best practices for our professional services and operations teams.• Spearheaded a cross functional team to evaluate data transformation and orchestration tooling as part of our platform modernization program.• Led development of processes and tools to automate end-to-end migration of customers to our new platform built on Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, pySpark, and dbt. These clients used a range of EMR, claims, and HL7 sources including Epic, Cerner, Meditech, eClinicalWorks, and Elation.• Defined best practices for our department as part of the leadership team.• Developed my team through hiring, training, career planning, coaching, managing client assignments, and direct hands-on support on critical issues.• Created content to support the business case for significant expansion with one of my clients. This contributed to a multi-million dollar increase in ARR and a long-term managed services contract.

Supported the Health Catalyst Analytics Platform at multiple clients including configuration, security, data load reliability, upgrades, and training.Pioneered a new approach to consume data from web APIs by extending the platform and worked with product engineering and security to harden the solution and gain approval to deploy to production.

Lead the development and implementation of the organization's analytics strategy as healthcare becomes more digitized and transitions to value-based payments. Managed the Quality Department supporting regulatory reporting and internal improvement projects.Supported the hospital's projects related to the Public Hospital Redesign & Incentives in Medi-Cal (PRIME) program enabling the hospital to claim millions of incentive dollars. Developed a data mart and reporting solution to calculate 18 quality measures for over the course of 3 months. Developed a partnership with the largest Primary Care Provider in the area and designed a system to share data enabling better care coordination and more efficient collection of metric data.

Responsible for alignment between business strategy and the supporting IT portfolio in Chevron's San Joaquin Valley Business Unit. Developed target architectures, IT roadmaps, technology and information standards, conducted project architecture reviews, provided training and mentoring, and led a team of Data Architects.Led development of integration and analytics strategy for the business unit. Participated in multiple global working groups on integration strategy, implementation guidance, and standards.• Led design and secured approval for end-to-end solution to provide reporting and analytics capabilities for our Business Unit. Led the technology vendor evaluation and navigated the internal approval processes to introduce new technology.• Spearheaded project to introduce new technology to enable transformation of key field operations: Managed the full evaluation process and led contract negotiations with selected vendor for both product license and fixed bid for initial project. That project resulted in $8 million annual benefit from a $500,000 investment.• Provided technical guidance to dozens of projects on their architecture and technical design, and mentor project architects and developers on good technical design.• Implemented technology standards governance board and evergreen processes to simplify the technical environment, lower operational costs, and accelerate project development.
