Directing the Professional Services function for the EMEA region, I oversee the delivery of BridgeHead software and services to our clients. I manage a team of multi-skilled professionals consisting of project managers, technical engineers and administrative staff. This centres upon providing guidance and support to ensure that the team are meeting performance targets and that services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in a manner that meets or exceeds the expectations of our customers.My primary focus is on the growth and expansion of BridgeHead’s HealthStore clinical data repository business. I work with numerous customers within the NHS and abroad on retirement and archiving of legacy application data and vendor neutral archiving for DICOM images from a variety of modalities and PACS suppliers. I am responsible for the supplier-customer relationship up to and including C-Level, and coordination of the professional services teams within BridgeHead.

As Regional Programme Manager at CMM I am responsible for large-scale implementations of our Pharmacy Stock Control and Electronic Prescribing solutions, at national and regional levels. I am currently overseeing deployment of a single Pharmacy system across over 70 hospital sites in Republic of Ireland, having completed a similar initiative across all acute sites in Wales last year. Amongst other projects I am also responsible for a major digitisation programme in Jersey, which will see them become the first customer to implement CMM's entire product suite, providing fully-closed loop medicines management as a key enabler in their journey towards HIMSS Level 7.In addition to my customer-facing responsibilities I am also supervisor of the Project Management Team, which requires me to train and mentor new Project Managers and Junior PMs. I am responsible for establishing the procedures and plans in place for implementing our various products, which I have overhauled and standardised in my time at the company, developing what was previously a very green department into a mature PMO capable of supporting the rapid growth of the company.
