Lead a 400+ person global organization responsible for the process development, scale-up, registration, and launch of small molecule compounds at Merck. Manage a large and complex network of eight development and commercialization locations in US, Puerto Rico, EU, and Asia and a product development portfolio of more than 75 new molecules, product value extensions, branded generics, and packaging and delivery systems for global markets. from Phase IIB through initial launch years. Accountabilities include API development, pharmaceutical dosage form development, packaging development, portfolio and project management, and in-line supply support.

Responsible for pharmaceutical processes development and commercial launch from Phase IIB through first two years of launch. Responsible for all Merck pharmaceutical products including solid dosage forms, Sterile parenteral products, vaccines and therapeutic proteings. Responsibility span also primary packaging definition and development of drug deleivery devices.Responsible for commercial development of new technology platforms to enable drug delivery, process robustness, and process economics.
