Afghanistan

-Responsible for overseeing all operations, and assisting the Site Supervisor.-In charge of all the security, work schedules, vacations, weapon qualification, counseling, billeting, vehicle maintenance -Mange 459 individuals, to include 44 Expats, 12 Interpreter, and 403 OCN(Other Country National)

Iraq

Performed duties as a Complex Site Supervisor; Supervise 42 armed guards, 8 Senior Sergeant and 18 translators. Manage the physical security, access control, and force protection of Baghdad Embassy infrastructure and grounds. Serve as the front line manager and primary point of contact during emergencies incidents for Baghdad Embassy Security Forces management. Supervise all required operational and administrative reports and ensure they were completed and submitted prior to the end of each day. Review all operational and incident report log for accuracy and completeness. Submit operational reports and incident reports to the Regional Security Officer and BESF chain of Command in a timely manner. Notified the Regional Security Officer of any emergencies, cases involving United States personnel, contract personnel, US property, and facilities. Supervise K-9 personnel during the screening of vehicles, facilities, and property for hazardous material or explosive devices. Managing the scheduling: monitor performance and counseled personnel to ensure that contract objectives and standards were being met, conduct the daily briefing, inspections and training to ensure all security post(Exhibit A) were staffed with highly skilled, equipped with competent personnel.

Iraq

Serve as a Field Artillery subject matter expert with the mission of providing expertise, instruction, hands-on training to the Iraqi Army(IA). Conduct detailed training on collective and individual task, Driver Training Program, emplacement and firing capabilities, direct and indirect fire, maintenance, convoy procedures, tactics, and operations of M198 Towed Howitzer, and M109A5 Self Propelled Howitzer. Maintain all assigned equipment in a high state of operational readiness.
