Position is responsible for being the first contact for a client coming into the BHUC. Complete initial forms. Set client up to do a medical assessment then a clinical assessment. When those are completed and it is deemed that the client is accepted into the 23 hour chair, client is showered and dressed out in scubs and assigned a 23 hour chair. Peer monitors the client from an observation room until a decision is made to either move the client to a bed facility or has a standing appointment with Daymarks' advanced access team.
