Multifaceted management roll spanning numerous areas of a small Department of Defense contractor with approximately 20 employees. Facility Security Officer (FSO) - Duties include management of classified holdings, maintenance and applications for security clearances, classified visits handled via Joint Personnel Adjudication systems (JPAS). Business earned a commendable rating from Defense Security Service (DSS) for DoD contractor compliance through their audits.Facility Operations – Responsible for all facets of property and facility operations. Various contracts covering HVAC, janitorial, landscape, pest control, etc. were created and maintained to ensure day-to-day building operations are effective for business operations. Information Systems and Technology - Manage and execute all aspects of IS&T including WAN Access, LAN implementation and support, cellular and VOIP requirements, hardware, wireless access points, vendor relationships, cabling, physical and virtual servers, classroom planning and execution, external facing firewalls and internal switches. Additionally, IS&T policies, procedures, help desk and general user support is provided for a small business with approximately 20 employees. Inventory Control – Created procedures and policies surrounding receipt, control, distribution and shipment of raw materials, components and finished goods. Additionally, inventory control software was evaluated, purchased and implemented to ensure tracking and availability of products.

Areas of responsibility included supervising technical staff members, desktop management, email services, helpdesk management, mobile devices, asset management, conference room technologies, software installations, upgrades and patching. The environment consisted of 2500 users, 8 locations, 150 servers and 3 data centers with 24/7 availability.

Responsibilities included direct management of 20 technical staff, helpdesk operations and various project management roles at 8 GD-ATP locations. In addition, served as the Site Lead for GD-ATP Headquarters facility and was responsible for overall client satisfaction.

Provided Information Technology Management services to the business in a manufacturing facility dedicated to providing products to the United States Army, Air Force, Marines and Navy. In addition, managed department procurement and staffing.
