I have grown in my professional capacity greatly over the last few years. I have always been very reliable and dependable in all jobs but I have shown great maturity when transitioning into a supervisor role. I have been able to think critically and show good judgement in decision making. I function well working alone or as part of a team. A strong asset of mine is my outgoing, friendly personality. People enjoy working alongside me due to my professionalism and positive attitude. I have been very flexible and able to excel in a variety of different roles that have been presented to me. When I was given the opportunity to transition into a supervisor role, I took advantage of the opportunity and thrived in all tasks set in front of me. I have always shown great empathy and have the ability to always view both sides of the situation. Tactful decision making has resulted in experiencing great success at all my current and previous roles.
