Develop and prepare Senior Commanders to lead, equipped with the knowledge and tools to enable them to exercise appropriate leadership. To coach and mentor students to help them develop their capacity for promotion in future roles. Deliver interesting, relevant and informative instruction to courses using appropriate well researched case studies. Take responsibility for all learning specifications for the course, ensuring they are updated and compliant to Defence Systems Approach to Training. I co-ordinate all instruction to the course in accordance with the standards and processes. I’m responsible for co-ordination and development of the course instructors, including managing all programme and resource changes.
