With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I am a seasoned Voice Architect at Talkdesk, a leading cloud contact and unified communications as a service platform. I talk to Talkdesk prospects and clients about our architecture and how it enables businesses to have rich and rewarding interactions with their amazing customers across any channel, using AI-infused technologies and best practices in cloud CX, enterprise voice transformation, SIP, VoIP, and telephony.Previously, I was a Digital Voice Platform Architect at Vodafone UK, where I provided contact centre and unified communication design, strategy, and implementation leadership for new solutions and services integrated with the Avaya Aura customer contact centre infrastructure.
