Keep watch of the AR floors for issues that are stopping Pick,Count, or Stow from working. Monitor AFM'S out on the floor to esure saftey practices are used as well as direct them to whats must need and what could be left for next time out. Scheduling, have 1:1 with the team and find better ways to maximize our efforts on the floor. Perform audits and suggest any disciplinary actions to a manager to see what could be done.

BWI5 Sort center. Sort packages and scan to matching pallet destination. Helped redesign the floor pattern to increase productivity through better enforcement of following 5 S and location of the various staging areas of needed supplies, trash bins, discarded pallets, ready to ship pallets and water spider equipment carts. Removal then placement of new layout and renewal of danger area candy stripe lines.

Opening/Closing Pool's for the season. Maintenance of pumps, equipment, balancing chemicals and cleanings. Refinishing damaged interior of pool's, repairs of water lines and other parts of the pool. Replacing of tiles and paver stones surrounding the edge of the pool.

General home improvement and renovation per customer's design. Ensuring customer's installment payments of completion percentage was met. Picking up and delivering of materials to different jobs then installing of tubs, sinks, cabinets, lighting fixtures, and any other specialty items.

Making then selling per order smoothies and fresh lemonade at fairs, local events like Flowermart or Sunfest, and outdoor music venues. Loading and uploading product as well as setting up the tents, tables, each beverage stations equipment, putting up the company's theme decorations, keeping stations filled with product and then breaking it all back down at the end of the event.
