As an English Teacher situated on an international summer camp, I had a variety of responsibilities within the demands of both education and safeguarding. I taught and executed EAL lessons alongside creating my own resources for a mulitude of themes and levels according to the Cambridge track guidelines. I assist the Learning Language Director and Regional Academic Trainer by delivering trainings on both academic content and interpersonal skills. Within my role, I facilitate the development of new trainers through active participation in their introduction to the company and centers as well as their transition to a new country. With more experienced trainers, I take on the role of a mentor through one-on-one communication and coaching based guidance. Throughout my experience, I have also taken on the roles of Disney Ambassador and Disney Mushu, programs that allow me to give guidance to new staff members both within and outside of the country.
