I am the founder of AZ Roundabouts, PLLC, an engineering consulting firm, that specializes in the feasibility determination, design, and operational analysis of modern roundabouts and other unique intersections. I have more than 30 years of AZ roadway design experience with heavy concentration specific to intersection layout. I have an outstanding reputation in both public and private sectors as an easy to work with, “go to” expert in the development and promotion of highly effective geometric design solutions. My clients have included multiple public agencies, as a subconsultant to other engineering firms as well as private property clients and developers. My design expertise is evident in the many roundabouts for which my horizontal layout was selected to advance to final design and construction. These include now constructed roundabouts in Ak-Chin Casino, Buckeye, Glendale, Flagstaff, Maricopa County, Mesa, Paradise Valley, Peoria, the most recent multilane constructed at 135th Avenue and Ridgeline Road, Peoria, Phoenix, Pinal County, San Tan Valley, Scottsdale, Sierra Vista and Yuma.
