As the Director of Studies at a Language School in New Taipei City, I spend most of time managing currculum and doing teacher training. I have also been involved in teacher training at various other institutions and most recently as a Delta Module 2 tutor. My preference is to work on CPD (Continuous Professional Development) and to ensure that it is robust, time-effective and cost-effective. I do consulting and training in this area.My teaching experience range from young learners to aduts and my preference is in working with exam classes or English for Specific or Academic purposes.I have experience with a variety of exams but my focus is on the Cambridge range of exams including IELTS. My writing experience involves mostly exam preparation material and teacher resources.
