This position is related to the RGM position with the additional responsibility of a multi-brand environment consisting of a Taco Bell and Pizza Hut Express menu and requires recommendation from the Area Coach and Market Coach to the Vice President of Operations for approval.

Total operational and financial responsibility of individual unit. This includes managing a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure total customer satisfaction and profit maximization. Consistently perform hands on work on an ongoing basis by, training all employees, hourly and salaried management, for the unit as well as other units within the same company. Respond to customers’ needs, or otherwise providing role model appropriate behaviors in the restaurant. Provide overall leadership; recognize and motivate members of the store team, coaching and training for operational excellence.
