I have worked as a Massage Therapist for 14 years. I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. For over 20 years I have had an interest in Health, Nutrition, Natural Healing, Psychology, Healthy Living, Exercise, Spirituality, Nature, Gardening and Cooking.

Working as a Massage Therapist has given me the ability to assess client needs, listen to and fulfill client needs and create a positive customer experience . I have worked as a mentor to other massage therapists and a spa trainer.

As a health coach I desire to empower people with the knowledge and motivation to make more nutritive food choices. Why? Because you can save money by decreasing your doctor visits with preventative care, increase your longevity and enjoy a long, healthy life. You can be in charge of your health by the choices you make on a daily basis.

Activities I enjoy are hiking in nature, spending quality time with my son, reading about personal development and nutrition, cooking and enjoying a nice meal with friends
