- Interactive learning sessions with reference documentation on how to effectively promote, demonstrate and market our products and services to new and existing clients- Focus Group facilitation with existing and prospective clients to gather feedback about products, communications and promotional tools.- Creation of product fact sheets, product demonstration checklists, client messaging and sales team pitch-books. - A consultative approach to solve a client immediate need and encourage the continuous building of the brand relationship to offer products and services that will provide clients with additional efficiencies in the future. - Learning sessions that include collaborative team breakout activities, individual practice options and group discussions to maintain attendee engagement.- Software demonstrations throughout the enterprise promote available tools with other lines of businesses- Voice of the Client data; compile and report to sales, product, client services and marketing teams.

- Prepared departmental course schedules for online and traditional classes, and secured faculty for more than 100 classes for each of the fall/spring semesters.- Participated in the accreditation review processes for both SACS and ACPSB.- Designed, marketed and facilitated multiple community-at-large programs to foster relationships with local businesses, community leaders and local school districts- Aligned courses for credit transfer programs with four-year institutions in the South Carolina University system.
