Lead communications strategy for the US Commercial Sales organization, the largest sales org within Cisco. I developed an internal and external communication strategy for the team and for the executives and thought leaders on the team. This included developing a plan and content for executive social media, executive speaking engagements, thought leadership articles, customer success stories, employee listening programs, strategic plan development and communication and all other employee communication in need by the business.

Lead communications and social media strategy. Manage the strategy and execution of six newsletters reaching 140,000 customers and one newsletter for Cisco sales stakeholders. Use data to drive a strategic social media and communication plan that targets our Enterprise customer base, with a focus on customers in Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services and Manufacturing accounts and line of business buyers. Focus on use of social media to augment and surround existing marketing programs to make connections, start conversations and drive down the funnel.
