Interior Overhead Systems • Lead Engineer - Launched the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Headliner. • Additionally, responsible for the Chrysler/Dodge Minivan, Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger and Headliners for model year changes, build issues and continuous improvement• Design and Manufacturing Experience with both Wet PU and Glass/PP Headliner Construction• Headliner content includes; sun visors, front/rear overhead consoles, incandescent/LED lighting, HIC countermeasures, sunroof retainers, ect • Facilitate product design with CAD designers and customer• Enter RFQ’s for initial source and design changes• Collaborate in development of GD&T drawings• Team lead for DFMEA & PFMEA• Coordinate DV & PV documents along with testing• Sign off on Tier 2 ‘Okay to Tool’ prints

Automotive Subsystems and Interior ComponentsManaged the Headliner Program on the all new 2009 Ram Truck family.• Maintained cost/investment matrixes ensuring program remained within budget• Reviewed quotes and led negotiations to resolve cost issues where difference were found • Lead responsible for ensuring all APQP activities were met• Led design development to address functional, craftsmanship and manufacturing issues• Coordinated cross functional teams to resolve issues at both supplier and Chrysler facilities• Managed tooling, secondary operations, and parts per timeline for multiple pilot build phases

Single point of contact between engineering, program management, assembly plant and supplier base for all of Interior Systems on 2006/07/08 Durango/Aspen programs. • Successfully led a team of 20 engineers through prototype, pre-production and volume launch, continually meeting or exceeded all targeted goals.• Managed the interior engineering team and plant resident engineering team to root cause issues and followed through to ensure implementation of corrective action plan.• Maintained open issues list for upper management and presented interiors launch readiness status at executive gate reviews.• Set agenda and led biweekly director level design reviews. • Managed key vehicle packing issues across many components including hard trim, door trim, steering column, headliner, IP, HVAC, seats, restraints, NVH, etc. • Organized onsite and offsite activities centered around “idea generation” for cost saving initiatives• Reviewed business cases evaluating feasibility while keeping in mind; impact to the customer and overall quality

• Selected to work on the all new 2004 Durango platform during prototype phase responsible for Hard Trim (A,B,C – Pillar Trim; Quarter Trim Panels; Scuff Plates; Lift Gate Trim)• Oversaw design through production ensuring functional, FMVSS and cost requirements were met. • For 06MY led the design and development of power lift gate and seven passenger seating options for trim (this was a unique project as it was done in-house and not sourced to supplier until after design was completed).• Instrumental in developing DFMEA and PFMEA for power lift gate and seven passenger seating

• Reviewing part and tool design to quote new projects.• Hands on involvement with first run samples of new tooling.• Coordinating production signoff (PSO).• Lead process engineer in trouble shooting and optimizing molding cycles.
