I am a commercial real estate attorney, licensed in Kentucky and Ohio and serve on the Executive Committee and as the Finance Industry Team leader for the firm after previously serving as the Member in Charge of our 150+/- lawyer Louisville office and the Service Team Leader of our ~50 lawyer Real Estate Service Team at Frost Brown Todd. My team actively serves clients across the commercial real estate industry, including property owners, lenders, loan servicers, tenants, investors, developers, private equity companies, managers and real estate service professionals in the financing, purchase, sale, leasing, development, workout, servicing and management of commercial real estate properties. I have represented a variety of borrowers (publicly traded and private REITs, large private equity funds and national, regional, and local developers) and lenders (life insurance companies, CMBS, balance sheet and agency) in closing tens of billions of dollars of transactions in over 40 states. These deals have been for the new construction, sale leaseback, reverse-build-to-suit, purchase or refinancing of multifamily apartment complexes, industrial projects, hotels, retail properties, car washes, office buildings, senior housing projects, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. I am a Fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).
