Marketing Manager
CurrentResponsible for leading the onsite Marketing teams and collaborating with Sales leadership to drive efficiencies and increase revenue for Hilton Grand Vacations. Reports to management the department’s performance, programs, incentives and Team Member feedback.Serve as onsite project manager for the Marketing team through interdepartmental collaboration, including IT, Support, Sales, & Marketing. Structured Marketing Manager projects to ensure accurate timeline completion and quality assurance. Provided consistent project reports to Senior Management for visibility and transparency.Actively facilitates partnership and growth mindset between HGV & HHV Management teams through regular meetings and charitable events.Develop and spearhead site initiatives for the Marketing team to achieve targeted sales while elevating guest/Owner services to include Owner events, revision & development of branded materials, creation of new activators, and Team Member incentive/recognition programs.Staff and manage the team’s talent, including training, communicating, mentoring and coaching in order for the team to reach maximum performance. Holds individual monthly performance reviews with team members and team leaders. Handles cases where performance is below minimum standards according to marketing policy and in conjunction with Human Resources guidelines. Serves as Manager on Duty (MOD) for all Team Member and guest interactions.
