• Managed all aspects of the implementation cycle for Dayforce HCM which included collaborative consultation with the client, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing and full deployment. • Within a year since hire, was running an implementation for 3,500+ employees with multiple roll‐outs per month and successfully completed the project on time. • Applied functional and technical expertise to effectively execute requirements definition to ensure the successful delivery of a cloud-based time and attendance management system. • Collaborated with the internal project team, internal partners, clients and third parties to ensure successful delivery. • As part of testing and delivery, developed SQL database scripts and XML transformers for interfaces. • Regularly ran client meetings virtually and on‐site independently.
