Upon client purchase of the software, I managed a team of software developers to create a custom system to integrate with the CTMS, while serving as the liaison between operational staff and the developers. I facilitated process redesign groups for a global leader in cancer care to improve research processes across all phases and aspects of the clinical trial lifecycle. Subsequently, I led the committee tasked with identifying metrics and reports needed from current and future clinical trial software. We were able to increase transparency of data and improve the efficiency of report development by identifying overlapping and redundant needs. I led regression testing for an internally-developed physician qualification system for a global medical device company. I developed a comprehensive traceability matrix, managed the issues list and end-user change requests, and collaborated with developers on system design and issue resolution.

I led the optimization and installation of HIM and Identity software at two health systems, shortly after the Affordable Care Act and its mandate for electronic medical records was signed into law.I was responsible for leading all phases of the install to ensure successful go-live and adoption, which also included the leading of cross-functional teams to develop and update confidentiality and compliance policies ahead of go-live. Throughout the implementations, I prepared my clients for upcoming operational changes and developed solutions to client concerns. Further, I readied my client counterparts to be system administrators. At Go-Live, I served as End-User Support to rapidly resolve issues and promote positive feedback. Internally, I collaborated with developers on future software enhancements.
