As the Director of Services and Digital Solutions, I was responsible for leading the learning solutions team, managing the implementation of new partners/clients, and serving as project manager for several internal initiatives.My team served as the administrators for ASU Prep Academy’s web-based learning systems including multiple instances of Canvas, an AWS hosted Moodle, an Agilix Buzz instance, and an instance of Blackboard hosted in China. This involved both day to day operations (creating users, adding courses, copying content, etc.) as well as architectural and strategy decisions based on knowledge of the tools, the needs of end users, and updates in the field.As the Director of Services, I oversaw the implementation of all new partners/clients. I was responsible for all communications, project plans, resources, expectations, integrations, and content deployments. In addition, I worked to develop standard practices and processes for new international projects which includes salesforce processes, project plan templates, key communication activities, and project documentation. I manage weekly touchpoints with both clients and internal resources to ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed as well as send out regular updates with the same intent.I served as the lead LMS Administrator for the current Canvas platform. This involves both the day to day management (creating users, adding courses, copying content, etc.) as well as larger architectural responsibilities.-Spearheaded all international projects from both a project management and technical basis.
