Establishes and oversees APM processes to ensure a current and comprehensive inventory of applications and services is maintained. Through an integrated architecture of Technology Business Management (TBM) and IT Authority standards/guidance (Applications Program Handbook), I develop and apply a systematic management framework to define and deliver a portfolio of programs, projects and ongoing services. This supports specific business strategies and objectives across NASA. Leads the Applications Enterprise Architecture strategies and is responsible for the planning and design of architecture supporting the Applications Program portfolio of applications/services. This involves the development and documentation of standards, policies and principles to support the integration of mission critical business, application, information, and technology architectures. In addition, I am responsible for strategic planning and roadmaps used in making decisions and recommendations critical to organizational success. This allows for the preparation of short and long-range planning guidance in accordance with broad center, agency, and program policies and objectives.
