Current• Lead evaluation, prioritization, and transformational improvements across operational processes for a customer-facing function with annual OpEx of approximately $8 Million per year.• Implement process engineering tools to identify opportunities and to optimize cross-functional processes.• Exploit data gathering and analytical tools and methods to reveal business critical information related to gaps and opportunities.• Demonstrate a bias toward Lean principles in evaluating follow-on opportunities for improvement.• Coach internal Black Belt and Green Belt Candidates through the certification process ensuring alignment with commonly accepted practices and proper application of statistical and other methods.• Establish performance metrics to ensure appropriate outcomes and communicate with all levels for alignment.• Deliver on-demand knowledge transfer events to ensure understanding of concepts and to extend the capabilities of individuals and teams to “Just Do It”.• Facilitate Kaizen Events to enhance and accelerate the pace of change and to gain buy-in from stakeholders
