I am responsible for client retention, renewal, and overall plan satisfaction. I provide benefit consulting, training on an ongoing basis, and facilitate the resolution of any issue pertaining to the client.

In my role as a pharmacy techinician I provide outstanding customer service to our pharmacy customers and have received several customer service awards recognizing my efforts. I review prescription requests received from doctor’s offices and dispenses the drug to patient according to the written instructions. Assists the licensed pharmacist as needed.

I supervised and coordinated the activities of the front end clerks to insure customers needs are being met in a timely manner. These activities included bagging of groceries, responding to product pricing questions, parking lot buggy return and assisting with cash register issues. Trained and mentored front end clerks.

I operated price scanner and cash register ringing up customer purchases and collecting payment (cash, check or credit card) providing change for cash transactions. Stocked shelves and marked prices on items. Counted cash drawer money at the beginning and end of each shift. Bagged merchandise, issued stamps, and redeemed food stamps as needed.

I bagged purchased items grouping and packing them appropriately, assisted customers to their cars unloading their items in the car, and returned carts to the store. Assisted customer in locating products within the store.
