Reduced inventory $100 K.-Initiated a flexible, adaptable organization to reduce late customer dollars due to fabrication by adding a small second shift of key machines and paint, redirecting group leaders to run late orders first and countermeasures for misses, visual boards to show progress. Late dollar fell from $12 K to $4 K per day.-Directed engineering projects to return outsourced stampings, improve packaging design, combine similar parts into common stamping. $2,000 K savings.
