Maintain smooth operation of MAS 90 business software - Update current MAS 90 reports using Crystal Reports - Resolve MAS 90 issues such as software or inventory errors - Field help calls from Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, AR and AP depts. as problems arise - Manage the quarterly inventory count and research anomaliesDevelopment of Systems Solution Inc. workflow pertaining to MAS 90 - Create new reports as needed using Crystal Reports - Research and implement MAS 90’s best fit into SSI’s workflow - Determine and implement ways to streamline workflow - Create MAS 90 manuals that will be used by SSI employeesGoldmine Sales and Marketing In-House Support - Initiate/adapt database work using GoldMine Sales and Marketing software for SSI - Provide training and assistance company-wide - Data entry and database management - Create reports for Goldmine Sales and Marketing and Service and Support General In-House Tech Support - Resolve basic computer issues when needed for SSI employees

- Review time entry by field technicians and correct discrepancies

- Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.- Prepare new computers for delivery to client based on client needs- Build backup servers for use by clients- Create and install custom images on thin client computers for use by clients for cloud computing- Track and maintain data base of servers out at customer sites

- Install and test hardware and software for classroom computers. - Provide technical support for classroom computers, periodically assess equipment and programming needs for classes, acquire and install necessary hardware and software upgrades.- Enroll students, schedule and invoice SSI sponsored classes- Assist in production of monthly newsletter from story gathering through electronic distribution.
