Plateau was a company specializing in Talent Management Systems. I managed the Proposal Group, with three direct reports. Responsible for managing the incoming RF(x) documents for assignment and ensuring completion. Proposal responsibilities included beginning to end responsibility - from bid-decision to Project Managing the bid through completion. Retained the same workload for myself as my reports. Maintained library of responses, along with a small response database; updated CRM regularly in regard to acceptance of requests, in-progress, and completions. Followed up to track wins and losses and reported to management minimum quarterly. Consistent production of proposals, with increases year-over-year, but never dropping.
