My role within the de Ferrers Trust has developed since September 2019 with me having full responsibility for heading up the largest of 3 campuses - The Trent Campus. Within my role of overseeing the smooth operational everyday running of the campus, I am also responsible for the coordination of pupil premium initiatives, including high impacting spend and successful intervention strategies. As an Academy, we also drive the RADY strategy with all staff (Raising attainment of disadvantaged youngsters). I am also Level 4 trained Safeguarding officer and I currently the deputy DSL. Behaviour, culture and attitudes are paramount at the de Ferrers Academy and this is instilled into all students and staff working on the Trent campus. Show less
