Seconded to participate in the project to integrate the Gas & Fuel credit mainframe to the electricity computer mainframe.

Supervise 7 Gas & Fuel Field Officers and 3 Electricity field officers.Issue field calls to each officer for their daily quota Arrange cut off for unpaid debts.Negotiate directly with domestic and commercial and industrial customers to resolve queries, initiate payment arrangements and security deposits.Monthly meetings with Field officers

Customer Relations, Accessing credit worthiness of hire purchase agreements, Following up on arrears and making arrangements to repay debts. Arrange cut offs for debt for domestic customers.
